Sunday, March 7 at 2 PM - Join Cherry Valley resident, Bob Bailey, owner of Wild Birds Unlimited, for a real afternoon “tweet” as he imparts his knowledge about wild birds, their beauty, and value to our community. Learn what steps you can take to make your yard more inviting to our feathered friends and more enjoyable for your viewing pleasure.

On Wednesday, February 10, 2010 libraries across Illinois are participating in “Snapshot: One Day in the Life of Your Library” by collecting information, comments, and photographs from events in a typical library day. The results will provide indisputable proof that libraries consistently provide invaluable services to our community.

CriCut "Swarms"

Friday, February 19 at 1 PM - Basic Design Studio: Bring your CriCut and laptop with Design Studio preloaded or learn using the library’s software. *

Friday, March 5 at 1:00pm - Cutting Vinyl: Basic instruction on cutting and transferring vinyl. *

* Participants are encouraged to bring their CriCut, mat and specialty papers. A $3.00 fee per class provides paper/vinyl and library cartridges. Classes lasts about 2 hours.
